Mind. Soul. Body.

In case you are wondering, I'll tell you where the number 103 comes from. Anything that plans to stand the test of time needs to be grounded with a solid foundation. Psalm 103 puts that foundation to words. This Psalm demonstrates praising the Lord in the midst of difficulty, acknowledges God is the one that ultimately orchestrates healing, reminds us of our salvation, and encourages us of the present and final renewal that we can have through Him.

Psalm 103:1-5

Of David

Bless the Lord, O my soul,

and all that is within me,

    bless his holy name!

Bless the Lord, O my soul,

and forget not all his benefits,

who forgives all your iniquity,

    who heals all your diseases,

who redeems your life from the pit,

who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy,

who satisfies you with good

so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.
